We review your project conditions and respond within 2 business days with a technical assessment — which module direction fits your application, what pressure and interface considerations apply, and what information is still needed before you can commit to a design. We do not respond with a catalogue or a price list. We respond with an engineering direction. If you include a safety interlock threshold, the assessment will include an error band calculation at that specific concentration point.

You do not need a complete specification to start. Share what you know about your application — the gas, the installation point, the pressure, the interface and the decision the measurement needs to support. We will identify what is still unknown and what needs to be confirmed before you choose a module direction.
Target gas and concentration range
CH₄, CO, CO₂ or NH₃. The concentration range you need to measure — ppm level, % vol, or both. If the range is unknown, say so.
Installation point and pressure
Where in the process the measurement will be made. Pipe size, insertion or extractive. Estimated pressure — positive, atmospheric or negative (suction side of pump).
Instrument interface
What receives the measurement output — RS485, RS232, 4–20 mA, UART. Power available. Mechanical envelope of the instrument being designed.

Safety interlock threshold (optional — but worth including)
If your instrument triggers a safety interlock at a specific concentration — for example, pump shutdown at < 25 %vol CH₄ — tell us the threshold. We will calculate the measurement error band at that exact point and confirm whether the module’s accuracy is sufficient to make that interlock reliable before you commit to a design.
